Do I need to understand websites?
No. Tell us what the business does and what customers need to know. We guide the structure, design and technical work. We only ask you to approve the business facts and the final result.
Will my site look like everyone else’s?
No two businesses need exactly the same presentation. We use reusable technical components, but choose the composition, imagery and content hierarchy for your project. The accepted scope defines the extent of design work.
When do I pay?
The enquiry is free. We confirm the scope, price and conditions in writing first. Once accepted, 50% starts the project. The remaining 50% is due after your final approval and before publication.
How long will it take?
We agree a realistic schedule after checking the project and our availability. Production starts after the deposit and the minimum required content have been received and validated. We do not promise a date without checking.
What if I don’t have good photographs or text?
We can work from your business information and discuss suitable licensed imagery. Original photography, original logo design and paid image licences are not automatically included. Stock images are not passed off as photographs of your team or premises.
What does a revision include?
A revision is a consolidated list of refinements within the agreed direction and scope. Essential includes one round; Business and Catalog include two. Correcting our own errors against the agreed specification does not use a revision round.
Can I move my site to another provider?
Yes. After final payment, we hand over the project’s site files for compatible hosting. Your domain stays in your name. Reusable components and third-party materials retain their applicable licence terms; paid third-party services may need their own accounts.
Do you guarantee more sales or first place on Google?
No. We deliver the agreed website and include basic technical search foundations. Rankings, visitor numbers and sales depend on factors beyond the site, so we do not promise results we cannot control.
