Your enquiry.
Your information.
Last updated: 9 September 2026. This notice describes the current Done & Live enquiry website.
Who handles your information
Claudio Fonseca Monteiro, trading as Done & Live.
Stengelerweg 28, 3263 Büetigen, Switzerland.
Email: hello@doneandlive.com.
What we ask for and why
The project form asks for business and contact details, website requirements and any optional notes you choose to provide. We use them to understand your request, contact you and prepare a proposal. Sending an enquiry creates no purchase, subscription or payment obligation. A person reviews the request; the scope indication is not an automated acceptance or final quote.
Please do not enter passwords, identity documents, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or records about your customers. No attachments are collected by this form.
When information is sent
Information is sent only when you select “Send my project request”. Merely opening the form or moving between its steps does not send your answers. The success screen confirms acceptance by the form-forwarding service, not guaranteed receipt in our mailbox. A reference lets you follow up with us.
Services that process the request
The website and business email are hosted with Infomaniak in Switzerland. Submitted enquiry data is sent to FormSubmit and forwarded to hello@doneandlive.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Its own processing may take place outside Switzerland; we have not yet confirmed its processing countries, subprocessors or contractual transfer safeguards. We do not represent the form as Switzerland-only data processing. You may contact us directly by email instead of using the form.
Working project documents may be held in the private Done & Live kDrive workspace. Enquiries are not published in the website or source repository. The hosting provider may process access and security logs; we have not independently verified the retention period for this Starter hosting plan.
Optional browser draft
No draft is stored automatically. “Save draft on this device” lets you save answers locally for up to seven days. This can include contact details. Do not use it on a shared device. “Clear my answers” removes the saved draft. Expired drafts are removed when the form is opened or the draft is accessed; you may also remove browser data yourself.
Language choice and temporary transfer
Choosing another language opens the equivalent page. If you change language during the form, your answers, current step and request reference are transferred through temporary storage in the same browser tab. This local transfer is not sent to us and is removed on arrival; it expires after 10 minutes if not consumed. Submitted-request status may be retained in that tab during this transfer to avoid an accidental duplicate. Closing the tab ends this temporary storage. The language of your new website and your preferred reply language remain separate choices.
How long information is kept
We use unsuccessful enquiries only for follow-up and legitimate record-keeping, not marketing. The intended operating schedule is deletion from active enquiry records six months after the last contact; working project records may be retained during the service and for up to two years afterwards. Records needed for accounting, legal obligations, disputes or ongoing agreements may be kept longer. Provider-managed logs and backups follow their own retention arrangements. Contact us to ask about the records relating to your enquiry.
External websites and analytics
This release does not load advertising pixels, third-party analytics, embedded social feeds or external fonts. Portfolio screenshots are hosted locally. Following an external link opens another provider’s website, governed by its own policies. A project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your questions and requests
Write to hello@doneandlive.com to request information, correction or deletion, or to raise a concern. We assess requests under applicable law, including any statutory retention duties. The purpose of the form is to take steps requested by you before a possible business contract and communicate with the business contact. Where European data-protection rules apply, the legal basis depends on the capacity in which you contact us.
