What is included — and what is not
One language, responsive layout, basic technical search setup and the content volume named in the proposal. Business adds structured services, gallery, location and standard enquiry options. Catalog adds organised products, search/filtering and a request flow, using structured data supplied by the client.
Domain registration, ongoing hosting/care, paid third-party tools, paid image licences, photography, original logo design, extra languages, extensive manual data entry, online payments, live stock and customer accounts are not included unless the proposal explicitly says so. A simple link to an existing reservation page is different from building or integrating a reservation system.
Enquiry, proposal and payment
The form is a non-binding project enquiry. Its scope guidance is not an automated acceptance or final quote. We review the request and issue the written proposal with the complete price and applicable tax treatment. Following acceptance, a 50% deposit is requested. Production starts after receipt and validation of the minimum required content. The remaining 50% is due after final client approval and before publication.
No automatic subscriptions, no saved card details and no additional charges without approval. This website does not process payments. Payment instructions are supplied individually after the proposal is accepted.
Revisions, corrections and changes
A revision round is one consolidated list within the agreed direction and scope. Essential includes one; Business and Catalog include two. Correcting an error against our agreed specification does not consume a round. A change of scope, new functionality or a new direction is quoted separately before work proceeds.
Your content, files and domain
You approve factual business information and confirm the right to use supplied materials. We may improve the writing but do not invent qualifications, testimonials or business results. After final payment we hand over the project site files for compatible hosting. Reusable components and third-party materials retain their licence terms. Domains should be registered in the client’s name.
Dates, cancellation and handover
A delivery date is agreed only after checking scope, materials and capacity. Client delays can affect the schedule.
Sending an enquiry is free and creates no purchase. The written proposal sets the cancellation terms before any deposit is requested. If we cannot accept the project as agreed and production has not started, the deposit is refunded in full unless the client accepts a revised proposal. After authorised work starts, we provide an itemised reconciliation of the agreed work and approved third-party costs; any unused deposit is returned as applicable. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. There is no blanket non-refundable-deposit rule.
Three optional Care plans
Website creation is a one-time project. Care is a separate monthly service, activated only after an accepted Care offer. The displayed monthly prices are not the price of building a website.

Shared conditions
Monthly minutes are the total allowance for the selected plan, not additional or cumulative. Unused time does not roll over. A response time is not a resolution deadline. Additional work requires prior approval. New features, redesigns and provider/licence charges are quoted separately. No automatic enrolment or 24/7 human support.
Monitoring means the stated monthly checks, not a continuous on-call service. The Care agreement defines the supported website, activation date, backup/restore details, response arrangements, taxes, cancellation terms and any third-party costs before service starts. Updating legal text means implementing client-approved information, not preparing legal advice.
